SHIPPING POLICY


Shipments within the contiguous 48 states in the USA:
Shipping costs are calculated in both the shopping cart and during the checkout process. Fishing rods, gaffs, antennas, coolers and any other oversize, bulky, and multiple package shipments may require additional charges. Most in-stock items are shipped the same day, if ordered by 2:00 PM ET on a business day, except for orders shipping via our Economy method.

Plaza Fishing will ship all orders immediately after you make a payment.. Tracking numbers are provided once the item ships.
We are ready to send your order to all countries.
During high season the shipping times may vary.

Delivery to a Secondary Address.
You may also have your order delivered to an address that is not your home address (i.e., your place of work), or you may have your order delivered to a completely different recipient.

So that there are no problems with your payment and with the security of the Paypal system.


Economy
This is often your lowest cost shipping option for larger shipments, when available. Your order will be sent the most economic method based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. Most in-stock items will arrive in 2-7 business days, weekends and holidays are not included. This is the only option that will allow for shipping to post office boxes (PO Boxes) and APO/FPO military locations. If a shipping promotion is being offered for free or reduced shipping costs it will typically only apply to this Economy shipping method.
Orders shipping via our Economy method our not guaranteed to ship same day if ordered by 2:00 PM ET.

Economy Oversize
This is the lowest cost shipping method for select oversized or heavy items that do not qualify for our normal Economy rates and must be determined in real-time based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. Most in-stock items will arrive in 2-7 business days, weekends and holidays are not included. Extra long items like one piece fishing rods and antennas will typically have a $7.00 Tube Fee, which is not included in shipping promotions.

Standard Ground
Your order will be sent via a ground shipping method from either USPS, UPS or FedEx based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. Most in-stock items will arrive in 1-5 business days. Choose this option if you want to make sure your shipment arrives 1-2 days faster than the Economy method.

Standard Oversize
This shipping method applies when select oversize or heavy items are in your order and our normal Standard Ground rates do not apply. Your order will be sent via a ground shipping method from either USPS, UPS or FedEx based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. Most in-stock items will arrive in 1-5 business days. Choose this option if you want to make sure your shipment arrives 1-2 days faster than the Economy Oversize method.

3 Day Service
Your order will be sent via a shipping method that estimates the 3 business days in-transit or less, weekends and holidays are excluded. Based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order, your items will ship from either USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Most in-stock items will arrive in 3 business days or less. Any back-ordered items will be sent via the Economy method unless otherwise specified by the customer.

2 Day Service
Your order will be sent via a shipping method that estimates 2 business days in-transit, weekends and holidays are excluded. Based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order, your items could ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Based on the delivery destination, not all orders will ship via air and may be sent via ground services that have a time in-transit commitment of 2 business days or less. Most in-stock items will arrive in 2 days or less. Any back-ordered items will be sent via the Economy method unless otherwise specified by the customer.

1 Day Service
Your shipment will be sent via a shipping method that estimates 1 business day in-transit, weekends and holidays are excluded. Based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order, your items could ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Based on the delivery destination, not all orders will ship via air and may be sent via ground services that have a time in-transit commitment of 1 business day. Most in-stock items will arrive in 1 business day. Any back-ordered items will be sent via the Economy method unless otherwise specified by the customer.

NOTES : If the items are not available at our store, we will send them from our branches in Australia, Finland, Singapore or Japan.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We gladly accept International orders. Our policies are in place to protect you, the consumer, as well as all merchants.
Payment must be made in United States funds, drawn on a United States Bank by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, JCB, Diner's Club, PayPal®, Cashier's Check, International Money Order, or Wire Transfer.
Credit card payments require the cardholder's billing address ( that the credit card statement is mailed to) and shipping address, phone and fax numbers, card number and expiration date, and the credit card issuing bank name and phone number for authorization puposes.
For the fastest international order processing and service, we prefer payment via American Express®, or Wire Transfer. Please contact us with any questions.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE

Plaza Fishing has insured all outgoing packages. If you notice that your package has been damaged even before opening it, notify the pick-up point where you got the package. If you already opened the package before noticing the damage, contact our customer service: admin@plazafishing.com

                         

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. Special orders are not returnable. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; we can help you with that. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. There are no returns or credit available on pre-spooled line. Plaza Fishing reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.

Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning the merchandise.
